En esta fase, se planifica y se especifica lo que necesita el cliente para su producto
Si la definición está clara, se comienza con el desarrollo de los requisitos previamente definidos.
En esta fase, por cada funcionalidad desarrollada e implementada, se procede a testear el desarrollo. Si todo es correcto, se compila y se sube a un entorno de pruebas.
Se despliega el código sobre un entorno controlado, y se termina de testear. Si todo está correcto, se realiza la subida a producción
Una vez que se comprueba que el despliegue en producción ha ido correctamente, se monitoriza el desarrollo, y si todo está correcto, da comienzo una nueva fase de desarrollo
